Plans and limits
What each plan includes, how limits are enforced, and what happens when you change plans.
Every plan asks every surface, including the coding lane, and includes the API, MCP server, CSV exports and share links.

Credits
Each answer costs credits, set by its surface; see Models we track. A prompt asked daily on every surface uses about 240 credits a month, which is where "about this many prompts asked daily" comes from. Credits are pooled across a workspace's domains and reset each billing month.
When the next scheduled run would exceed the month's credits, runs pause until the budget resets. Onym never charges for overages.
How limits are enforced

Changing plans
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Plan & billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Changes take effect immediately.
When you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted:
- Active prompts over the new limit become suggestions, newest first. On Free, custom prompts become suggestions.
- Domains over the limit are kept, but only the oldest ones keep running.
- Webhook endpoints are kept but stop firing until you upgrade again.
Paying
Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe. Promotion codes can be entered at checkout. For invoices, a different billing cycle or an Enterprise plan, email hello@getonym.com.
